• Diffusion bonded 0.13mm thick beryllium window, over Ø39mm aperture, to a 2-3/4” = Ø69.85mm OD single-sided 304L stainless seel conflat flange (DN40CF)
• Vacuum tight: part to be leak tight to 1 x 10^-9 atm-cm3/sec He
• Material: beryllium, 99.0% beryllium assay minimum by specification
• Diffusion bonded assemblies are guaranteed bakeable to +450°C
• 2D eng. drawings to be provided for customer approval approximately 1-2 weeks after receipt of order
